Operator & Listing-Access Model
Subscription-to-Own Option Terms
Draft pending legal review
This page is a working draft provided for transparency during useEmark.com's private beta. It is not legal advice and is pending review by licensed counsel. Terms may change before full release.
Private beta
useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
Some listings may offer an optional subscription-to-own pathway in the planned model. This is a possibility, not a promise; most operators may never complete ownership.
How it could work
Where an owner enables it, a portion or milestone structure of an operator subscription could count toward an eventual ownership option, defined by the owner's terms and platform rules. Specific terms, amounts, and milestones would be disclosed per listing.
Completion is not guaranteed
Subscription-to-own completion, ownership transfer, and purchase completion are not guaranteed. Cancellation, payment failure, or failure to meet milestones may end the pathway, and the listing may be relisted.
No guarantee
An operator subscription or rental-style access arrangement does not guarantee business revenue, profit, ownership transfer, purchase completion, continued access, or successful operation of a listed project.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
