Operator & Listing-Access Model
Operator Subscription Terms
Draft pending legal review
This page is a working draft provided for transparency during useEmark.com's private beta. It is not legal advice and is pending review by licensed counsel. Terms may change before full release.
Private beta
useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
These terms apply to operators in the planned exclusive operator-subscription model. The model is prepared for full release and is not publicly launched during beta.
What an operator subscription is
An operator subscription is a recurring, exclusive, limited license-to-operate a listed digital business project for a defined period under the listing owner's terms and platform rules. It is not a property lease and is not a guarantee of ownership.
Exclusivity and cancellation
Only one operator may be active per listing at a time. You may cancel according to these terms; cancellation may end your access and allow the owner to relist. Payment failures may move the subscription into a grace period and then to canceled/relistable status.
No guarantee
An operator subscription or rental-style access arrangement does not guarantee business revenue, profit, ownership transfer, purchase completion, continued access, or successful operation of a listed project.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
