Operator & Listing-Access Model
Operator Payment Failure Policy
Draft pending legal review
This page is a working draft provided for transparency during useEmark.com's private beta. It is not legal advice and is pending review by licensed counsel. Terms may change before full release.
Private beta
useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
This policy explains what happens when an operator's payment fails in the planned operator-subscription model.
Payment issue and grace period
If a payment fails, the subscription may enter a payment-issue state and then a grace period during which limited access may continue per terms. The owner is notified of the risk.
Resolution or relisting
If payment is resolved, access continues. If the grace period ends without resolution, the subscription may be canceled and the listing may become relistable.
No guarantee
An operator subscription or rental-style access arrangement does not guarantee business revenue, profit, ownership transfer, purchase completion, continued access, or successful operation of a listed project.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
