What is the EAU program?

EAU (Early Access User) is useEmark's founding cohort program during private beta. A one-time $4.99 Founding EAU Pass grants early access to the beta and records permanent founder status on your account.

How much does the Founding EAU Pass cost?

The Founding EAU Pass is a one-time $4.99 payment. It does not renew, and purchasing it does not create a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

Will I be charged again later?

No. The pass is charged once. If useEmark later introduces its planned $10/month founder membership (Ultimate-tier perks, normally $30/month) at full release, you will receive advance notice and must separately choose and authorize that subscription. It is never started automatically.

Is there a referral program?

Eligible EAUs may receive access to a future referral program after its terms, tracking, fraud controls, tax treatment and payout process are finalized. Referral payouts are not active during beta, and no earnings are guaranteed.

Is there a limit to the EAU program?

The founding cohort is limited to 10,000 passes. Founder status is recorded permanently to the account and does not depend on maintaining a subscription.

Does useEmark guarantee my business will sell?

No. useEmark provides an organized marketplace and transfer workflow. It does not own listed businesses, guarantee buyers, guarantee transaction completion, or provide legal, financial or investment advice.

You built the starting point. Someone else may build what comes next.

Your project could be the head start another builder is looking for. Our goal is to help people list digital projects, connect with interested buyers, and explore a sale.

Public buying and selling is not available yet. Your Founder Pass provides the beta benefits listed above; it does not guarantee a listing, buyer, or sale.

Help shape what comes next.

Your $4.99 purchase supports development of useEmark, including the marketplace and the referral program we're working toward.

We're developing a program intended to reward eligible members for referring new customers.

Planned — not activeReferral payouts are unavailable today. Rates, eligibility, and timing are not final. Buying a Founder Pass does not guarantee commissions or earnings.

What we commit to you

We will clearly distinguish what you can use today from what is still being built. We will explain any future paid membership before asking you to opt in. Your Founder Pass will not automatically become a subscription.
