useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
This policy describes how owner payouts could work in the future. Owner payouts are not available during beta and are not promised until approved infrastructure is live.
Tracking now, payouts later
During beta, payment activity may be tracked for transparency only. Tracked figures are informational and do not represent guaranteed funds or a promise to pay.
If payouts are enabled
If and when a connected-accounts payout product is configured and tested, owners may receive net amounts after platform fees, with payout status shown in the Owner Hub. Specific fees, schedules, and requirements would be published at that time.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee any owner payout, amount, schedule, or eligibility until the relevant infrastructure is live and you meet its requirements.

useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
