These terms explain the exclusivity rule for listing access in the planned operator-subscription model.
One active operator at a time
A listing offered for exclusive access can have only one active operator at a time. The platform reserves a listing briefly during checkout and marks it active on successful payment, preventing two users from subscribing to the same listing simultaneously.
Reservation windows
Starting checkout temporarily reserves a listing. If checkout is not completed within the reservation window, the reservation expires and the listing returns to available status.
No guarantee
An operator subscription or rental-style access arrangement does not guarantee business revenue, profit, ownership transfer, purchase completion, continued access, or successful operation of a listed project.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
