From first look to ownership.
useEmark is a marketplace for AI projects and digital businesses. Here is exactly how buying and selling works today, and which parts are still being built during private beta.

For buyers
Find a project worth owning.
Skip the blank page. Buy something that already exists and grow it from there.
Browse the marketplaceStep 1Discover
Create a free account and browse AI projects and digital businesses. Filter by category and price to find what fits what you want to own.
Step 2Evaluate
Read the listing in detail: what the project is, how it's built, and what the seller says about traffic, users and revenue. Treat seller-provided numbers as claims to check, not guarantees.
Step 3Ask and agree
Ask the seller for anything you need to see, such as dashboards, code access or proof of ownership. Agree on price and terms before any money changes hands.
Step 4Transfer and take over
The seller hands over the domain, code, accounts and anything else included, and you take it from there.
Payment protection and guided handover are in development during private beta. Confirm exactly how payment and transfer will work before you pay.
For sellers
Turn what you built into a clear listing.
Built something you're ready to pass on? Describe it honestly and put it in front of people looking to buy.
List your projectStep 1Show what exists
Start with the project, website, domain and whatever you already know about it. No pitch deck needed.
Step 2Build the listing
The listing builder and Craftr help you organize it into something a buyer can understand. Craftr suggests wording and points out missing context; every suggestion is yours to confirm.
Craftr never invents revenue, users, traffic, ownership or valuation.
Step 3Review before it goes live
Every listing is reviewed before it appears in the marketplace, so buyers see complete, honest information.
Step 4Meet buyers
Once live, interested buyers can find your listing. Answer their questions, agree terms, then hand over what you sold.

Common questions
Can't find your answer? See the full FAQ or contact support.
Is useEmark free to use?
Yes. Creating an account, browsing and building a listing are free. During private beta the only paid offer is the one-time $4.99 Founder Pass, which doesn't renew and creates no subscription.
Does useEmark hold the payment during a sale?
Not yet. Payment protection is in development during private beta. Until it launches, agree with the other party on how payment and transfer will happen before any money moves.
Are the numbers on a listing verified?
Listings are reviewed before going live, but traffic, user and revenue figures come from the seller. Ask for evidence, such as analytics access or payment dashboards, before you buy.
What can I sell?
During beta we're focused on AI projects, plus digital businesses like SaaS tools, content sites, newsletters, domains and storefronts. Physical goods and illegal content aren't allowed.
What is the Founder Pass?
A one-time pass for early supporters that unlocks Early Access features, including reserving a referral code. It's optional and not needed to buy or sell.
