Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
useEmark uses cookies and similar browser storage to provide requested services. Optional analytics is off until you choose to allow it. Advertising tracking and browser session replay are currently paused for everyone. Accepting analytics does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Necessary storage
Our authentication provider, Supabase, uses session credentials to keep you signed in. The site also uses security, purchase-continuation and requested-feature storage. These are not advertising tools. Signing out ends your local sign-in session; security and account records may remain on our servers. If you select a remember-email option, your email is stored on that device until you remove it or clear browser storage; it does not store your password.
Your preference
The first-party cookie uem_consent_v1 stores your analytics choice, policy version and choice date for up to 180 days. It contains no randomly assigned visitor identifier. We ask again if it expires, is removed or becomes invalid. Closing the notice without choosing does not enable analytics.
Optional analytics
If you accept, Vercel Web Analytics and useEmark usage events help us understand page visits and product journeys. First-party campaign and journey information may use session or local storage. Signed-in events may be associated with your account; this is not a promise of anonymous measurement. Providers receive network information needed to process requests. If you accept, visits to the sign-up page are counted as page views; sign-in, confirmation, verification, callback and password-recovery pages remain excluded from browser analytics. Form contents are never collected, and Vercel event URLs have query strings and fragments removed.
Advertising and replay
Advertising is off by default. If you turn on "Allow advertising" in cookie preferences, we load the Snapchat Pixel so we can measure our Snapchat ads and show them again to people who visited. It sets Snapchat cookies (such as _scid) and sends Snapchat the page address and a page-view event. It never runs on sign-in confirmation, callback, verification or password pages, and it skips any page whose address contains anything beyond campaign tags. Accepting analytics does not turn on advertising. Global Privacy Control is recognized: when it is on, advertising stays off and cannot be selected. Withdrawing advertising consent stops the pixel immediately and removes its cookies from this site. Other advertising pixels, server-side advertising conversion forwarding and browser session replay remain disabled.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings at any time to reject optional analytics. This stops future optional events and removes known first-party analytics storage that the site can access. It does not delete account, payment or security records, retract data already sent, or remove cookies controlled by another website or inaccessible to JavaScript. You can also clear storage in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or checkout from working.
Payments and other services
Stripe handles payment processing and fraud prevention. Its hosted checkout and Link service have their own storage and privacy information. Our preferences do not control another website. Hosting, authentication and payment providers may retain operational records to provide and secure their services; rejecting analytics does not disable those functions.
Questions and privacy rights
See our Privacy Policy for more information, or contact Support about access, deletion, retention or other privacy requests. Retention depends on the record and provider; the 180-day preference lifetime is not a retention period for all server data.
