Private beta
useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
These terms apply to listing owners in the planned exclusive operator-subscription model. This model is prepared for full release and is not publicly launched during beta.
Owner eligibility and rights
Listing owners are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to list, license, transfer, or provide operator access to any digital business project, asset, content, domain, software, workflow, or related material they submit.
Exclusive operator access
When enabled, a listing may be offered for exclusive operator access where one approved operator subscribes at a time. While an operator is active, the listing is unavailable to other operators. If the operator cancels or loses access, the owner may relist according to platform rules.
Payment tracking and payouts
During beta, the Owner Hub may show payment tracking only. Owner payouts are not available until approved marketplace payment infrastructure is configured and tested. We do not promise payouts before then.
No guarantee
An operator subscription or rental-style access arrangement does not guarantee business revenue, profit, ownership transfer, purchase completion, continued access, or successful operation of a listed project.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
