What Is useEmark.com?
useEmark.com is being developed as a marketplace facilitator for digital business projects, including unfinished SaaS products, AI-assisted apps, domain portfolios, newsletters, content sites, mobile apps, e-commerce brands and other digital assets.
useEmark.com is in active development as a private beta marketplace facilitation platform. The EAU early-access pathway is open for enrollment. See Platform Status for current availability.
The Unfinished Economy
For years, unfinished digital work has often been treated as lost effort: a paused SaaS product sitting in a folder, an AI-assisted app that never reached launch, an unused domain concept, an abandoned newsletter, a content site without a next operator or a digital brand that never reached its intended market.
useEmark.com describes this growing category as the Unfinished Economy: real digital projects that may be unreleased, pre-revenue or incomplete, but may still contain meaningful work, documentation, code, brand assets, audiences, domains, operating concepts or other transferable components.
A project does not need to be complete to be worth explaining. An unfinished application may already solve part of a problem. A pre-revenue AI tool may already contain a useful workflow. A paused digital brand may already include a direction another operator would rather continue than rebuild from the beginning.
"What one creator sees as the project they never finished may be the starting point another person has been looking for."
— Zach Oberhansli, Founder of useEmark.com

Facilitating Clearer Buyer-Ready Listings
A central part of the developing platform is the concept of a buyer-ready listing: a structured presentation intended to explain what a project is, what currently exists, what remains unfinished, what documentation or proof is available, what rights the owner has to present the project and what components may be transferable if two users later reach an agreement.
