This page describes the intellectual property representations expected from owners and how IP concerns are handled.
Owner representations
Listing owners are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to list, license, transfer, or provide operator access to any digital business project, asset, content, domain, software, workflow, or related material they submit. By listing, owners represent that their submission does not infringe third-party rights and that they can grant the access, license, or transfer offered.
IP concerns and takedowns
We respond to credible intellectual property reports and may remove or pause listings while we review. Repeated or serious violations may result in account action under our Prohibited Assets & Conduct policy.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
