Raising a dispute
If you have a dispute with another user or a concern about a listing, contact us with details. Where available, use the report or dispute option on the relevant listing or subscription.
Our role
We may review information, apply our policies, and take action such as pausing listings or subscriptions. We are not a court, arbitrator, or guarantor, and our review does not replace any legal rights or remedies the parties may have.
No guarantee of resolution
We do not guarantee a particular outcome, recovery, refund, or payout as a result of a dispute. Users remain responsible for their own agreements and compliance.

useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
