These terms describe the planned Special Interest Club (SIC), a priority placement and listing-credit structure. SIC is prepared for full release and is not publicly launched during beta.
What SIC is
SIC is designed to give eligible users a high-priority listing-placement pathway or listing-credit structure, subject to platform rules, review, availability, and beta status.
Credits and placement
A listing credit represents the right to submit for a high-priority placement pathway, subject to rules, review, and availability. A credit is not a guarantee of a live placement or any result.
No guarantee
SIC does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, offers, purchases, or financial outcomes.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
