useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
These EAU Terms apply to the Early Access User (EAU) Founding Pass — a one-time purchase offered during useEmark.com's private beta at an early-access rate. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.
What EAU is
The EAU Founding Pass is a one-time, beta-rate purchase that provides early access to useEmark.com features as the platform develops. It is positioned as a founding-access pathway and an affordable, low-friction way to participate in the beta. It is a single payment, not a recurring subscription.
Pricing and changes
The EAU Founding Pass is offered at a one-time beta/early-access price during private beta. It is a single purchase and is not conditioned on maintaining any subscription. Future standard pricing — including the planned recurring Emark Membership — may differ and will be published separately. We do not promise a permanent or lifetime price unless a specific, written commitment is published.
Billing and cancellation
The EAU Founding Pass is a one-time charge through our payment processor. It does not renew and creates no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds are handled under our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Founder Pass refund commitment, together with any rights required by law.
No guaranteed outcomes
EAU enrollment gives access to the early beta pathway and priority status where applicable, but does not guarantee listing access, listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, or financial outcomes.
