useEmark Platform Terms
EAU (Early Access User) Terms
Draft pending legal review
This page is a working draft provided for transparency during useEmark.com's private beta. It is not legal advice and is pending review by licensed counsel. Terms may change before full release.
Private beta
useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
These EAU Terms apply to the Early Access User membership offered during useEmark.com's private beta at an early-access rate.
What EAU is
EAU is a beta-rate membership that provides early access to useEmark.com features as the platform develops. It is positioned as a founding-access pathway and an affordable, low-friction way to participate in the beta.
Pricing and changes
EAU is offered at a beta/early-access price during private beta. Future standard pricing may change. Any eligibility to retain beta pricing is subject to these published EAU Terms and may require remaining an active subscriber. We do not promise a permanent or lifetime price unless a specific, written commitment is published.
Billing and cancellation
EAU is billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor until canceled. You can cancel according to our Subscription Renewal Terms and Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund completed periods unless required by law or stated otherwise.
No guaranteed outcomes
EAU enrollment gives access to the early beta pathway and priority status where applicable, but does not guarantee listing access, listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, or financial outcomes.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
