Our role
We provide tools and visibility that help eligible users prepare, list, and discover digital business projects, and we apply review processes to support platform integrity. We facilitate connections and, where offered, payment flows. We are not a party to agreements between users unless explicitly stated.
User responsibility
Listing owners are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to list, license, transfer, or provide operator access to any digital business project, asset, content, domain, software, workflow, or related material they submit. Users are responsible for their own due diligence, communications, agreements, taxes, and compliance with applicable law.

useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
