To protect users and comply with law, certain assets, content, and conduct are prohibited on useEmark.com.
Prohibited assets
Prohibited items include anything you do not have the right to list or transfer; stolen, infringing, or counterfeit material; malware or assets designed to harm; assets that require illegal operation; and categories restricted by law or by our payment partners. We may update this list as needed.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misrepresent a listing, fabricate metrics or proof, circumvent reviews, harass other users, scrape the platform, or attempt to move agreed transactions off-platform to evade rules or fees where prohibited.
Enforcement
We may remove listings, suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity. Enforcement decisions are at our discretion and are intended to protect platform integrity.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
