This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled on useEmark.com.
Payments
Paid features are billed through our payment processor. The paid offer during private beta is the one-time Founding EAU Pass — a single charge that does not renew and creates no subscription. The automatic-renewal terms below apply only to future recurring plans (such as the planned Emark Membership) if and when they launch and are separately and affirmatively agreed to.
Cancellation
The one-time Founding EAU Pass has nothing to cancel because it does not renew. For any future subscription plan, you may cancel at any time through your account or as described in the Subscription Renewal Terms. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
The one-time Founding EAU Pass is covered by the Founder Pass refund commitment described in the Founder Pass terms, together with any rights required by law. For future subscription plans, completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may consider refunds at our discretion for billing errors or duplicate charges. Chargebacks should be raised with us first so we can resolve issues directly.
Approval-gated and custom payments
Certain higher-value or custom features may require approval, invoicing, or a quote before payment. Those arrangements may have their own cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
