useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
Founder Signal is a recognition program that lets EAU (Early Access User) founding members invite others to join the founding cohort. These terms explain how it works and what it is — and is not. Founder Signal is not an income opportunity. It does not pay cash, commissions, revenue share, or any monetary value.
What Founder Signal is
Founder Signal is a non-cash recognition and early-access program. Eligible EAU members receive a personal referral link. When a person you refer joins the EAU founding cohort and remains in good standing through a short validation window, you may earn founding recognition such as profile badges, optional placement on the public Founder Wall, and early access to selected features during the beta period. Rewards are recognition and platform perks only.
What Founder Signal is not
Founder Signal is not a multi-level marketing program, affiliate income program, investment, or earning opportunity. It does not pay cash, commissions, bonuses, rebates, revenue share, points with monetary value, or any financial return. Participation has no monetary value and creates no expectation of income. Recognition rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money.
When a referral counts
A referral is first recorded as a click, then as pending when the referred person completes EAU checkout. A referral only counts toward recognition after it clears a validation window (currently 14 days) intended to account for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and fraud review. Referrals that are refunded, charged back, canceled, or flagged during this window do not count and any related recognition may be removed.
Eligibility and fair use
You must be an EAU member in good standing to participate. Self-referrals, fake accounts, purchased traffic, spam, misleading claims, and any attempt to manufacture referrals are prohibited and will void affected referrals and recognition. We may review, pause, reverse, or remove referrals and recognition at our discretion to protect the integrity of the program. You must describe useEmark honestly and never promise income, returns, or guaranteed outcomes when sharing your link.
Privacy and the Founder Wall
Appearing on the public Founder Wall is optional and off by default. You choose whether to appear and how — anonymously by member number, by first name, or by a custom handle. We do not publish the identities of people you refer, and referral counts shown to you never reveal personal information about referred users.
Changes and beta status
Founder Signal operates during useEmark's private beta. Milestones, recognition tiers, perks, validation windows, and program availability may change or be withdrawn at any time. Nothing in this program is a promise of any specific reward, feature, or outcome. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
