These terms describe paid advertising and sponsored placement on useEmark.com. Most advertising is approval-first and is prepared for full release.
What advertising buys
Advertising purchases pay for clearly-labeled placement and visibility in defined surfaces, subject to approval, availability, and beta status. Sponsored content is labeled as such.
Approval and labeling
Category, homepage, search, and dashboard placements are approval-first during beta. We may decline or remove advertising that violates policy or law. Advertising does not imply useEmark endorsement of the advertiser.
No performance guarantee
Advertising does not guarantee clicks, buyer interest, offers, purchases, sales, or any financial outcome.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
