useEmark.com is the pioneering platform for testing any market - past, present, or future. Whether you want to validate a business idea, acquire a proven digital asset, or sell what you have built, useEmark.com is building the infrastructure to test and transact with more confidence. Payment protection and listing review are in development, and listings are reviewed before going live. We are in private beta - be among the first to explore what is coming.
Our mission is to be the best way for anyone to test any market. We believe market validation should not require massive capital or corporate backing. By making it easier to buy, sell, and validate digital businesses, we empower independent entrepreneurs to test ideas, acquire proven models, and build wealth - all while the platform is still in its pioneering Beta phase.
We embrace AI as a tool for empowerment, not replacement. AI levels the playing field -- a solo entrepreneur with smart AI tools can now compete with teams 10x their size. Craftr, our built-in AI assistant, helps users find opportunities, analyze listings, write proposals, and make better decisions. We believe AI should make entrepreneurship more accessible, not more gatekept.
useEmark.com is a true marketplace, not just a listing board. Unlike Flippa or Fameswap, we actively increase visibility for your listings through intelligent curation -- personalized recommendations based on your search history, viewed listings, saved items, and subscription tier. Higher-tier members get priority placement. Our AI-powered discovery feed learns what you're looking for and surfaces relevant deals. Plus: payment protection in development, Craftr AI tools, the EAU referral program, and tiered pricing from $10 templates to $100K SaaS exits.
You can sell social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X), YouTube channels, gaming accounts, SaaS products, e-commerce stores, content sites, domain portfolios, AI prompt packs, automation workflows, digital franchises, and more. If it's a digital business or asset, you can list it. Physical goods and illegal content are not allowed.
Yes. useEmark.com is built specifically for this. We are designing a controlled environment with payment protection, listing review, and dispute handling to help make account and channel transfers safer for both parties. These features are in development during private beta. Buyers and sellers assume responsibility for compliance with any third-party platform terms.
Yes. Creating an account and browsing listings is completely free. During the private beta the only paid offer is the one-time $4.99 Founding Pass, which does not renew and creates no subscription. Recurring monthly plans are paused and not for sale; if a paid membership launches later, you will get advance notice and must separately authorize it.
Yes. Some listings offer a 'Rent-to-Own' or 'Revenue Share Lease' option where you operate the business and keep profits while making payments toward eventual ownership. The seller receives scheduled monthly payments, and you get to 'test drive' the business before committing to full acquisition. This model is ideal for cash-flow positive businesses like content sites, SaaS, or established social accounts with monetization. Payment protection features for this are in development during private beta.
When a seller enables rental, you agree to a monthly payment that covers both the rental fee and partial ownership accumulation. You operate the business, keep the revenue it generates, and make monthly payments. After the term ends, you either own the business outright (rent-to-own) or the asset returns to the seller (pure rental). All agreements are legally binding with clear default terms, grace periods, and dispute resolution through Emark.
The planned design allows installment payments on qualifying listings: instead of paying the full price upfront, you pay a down payment plus monthly payments over 3-36 months, with a service fee spread across all payments so you see one monthly number. The seller receives their full asking price proportionally as you pay. Terms, fees, and limits are tied to membership tiers that are not on sale during the private beta, so no tier-based financing is available yet. These features are in development.
Payment installments would let you buy a digital business over time rather than all at once. Financing limits, terms, and fees are designed to scale with membership tier, but those recurring tiers are not on sale during the private beta, so no financing limits are active yet and no tier-specific amounts are being offered. The planned design holds each payment for 48 hours before release, with a 7-day grace period on missed payments, and the asset reverts to the seller after 3 consecutive defaults. These features are in development during private beta.
EAU is a founding member program limited to 10,000 people. EAUs pay a one-time $4.99 Founding Pass that does not renew and creates no subscription. Referral payouts are not active during beta and no earnings are guaranteed. Each EAU code caps at 10,000 uses.
Under the planned program, EAUs earn a flat 30% commission for each referral's first 6 months, calculated on the amount actually collected after the referral discount, and referrals get 15% off their first 6 months. No specific earnings can be quoted yet: there is no recurring plan on sale during the private beta, so there is no subscription revenue to earn commission on. Commission payouts are paused and begin only once the program terms are finalized. This is not guaranteed income.
The planned design uses a protected payment process -- the buyer's payment is held until they confirm delivery and satisfaction. Listings are reviewed for quality, seller review is being built out, and the platform is designed to provide dispute handling if anything goes wrong. These protections are in development during private beta.
Emark does not allow illegal content, stolen credentials, phishing, or anything that violates the law. We do not guarantee income from EAU or any program. Buyers and sellers are responsible for understanding the terms of any third-party platform involved in a transfer.

How Craftr reads this
Craftr maps ownership of the repo, domains, and cloud accounts first, because everything downstream depends on it.
