How Trust and Transfer Work on useEmark.com
useEmark.com is designed around clearer digital asset transactions. This page explains the current status of escrow support, seller verification, buyer review responsibilities, and digital asset transfer guidance.
Transaction protection features are currently in development. The information below describes our intended approach. See Platform Status for what is currently available.
What Escrow Means on useEmark.com
Escrow is a process where a trusted third party holds funds during a transaction. The funds are only released to the seller after the buyer confirms they have received the digital asset and completed their review.
Planned Escrow Flow
- Buyer commits to purchase and sends funds to escrow
- Seller receives notification and begins asset transfer
- Buyer reviews transferred assets during inspection period
- Buyer approves release or raises concerns
- Funds are released to seller upon approval
Status: Escrow integration is planned. useEmark.com may integrate with established escrow providers such as Escrow.com for transaction protection.
What Buyers Should Verify
Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing a purchase. useEmark.com provides guidance, but does not guarantee accuracy of seller claims.
