Private beta
useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of useEmark.com ("useEmark", "we", "us"). By creating an account, enrolling in Early Access, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform that helps eligible users prepare, list, and discover digital business projects such as software, SaaS projects, AI tools, content assets, domains, and related digital opportunities. We provide tools, visibility, and review processes. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, escrow agent, or guarantor of any transaction unless a specific service explicitly states otherwise.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and meet any age requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent reviews, or submit content you do not have the rights to submit.
Beta status
useEmark.com is currently in private beta. Features may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn. Some features described in our resources and legal pages are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on the platform should be read as a promise that a planned feature exists today.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid features such as the EAU (Early Access User) membership are billed through our payment processor. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Pricing during beta is an early-access rate and may change for future standard plans. See our Subscription Renewal Terms and Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Platform review rights
We may review, approve, decline, pause, or remove listings and content at our discretion to protect the integrity of the platform, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Review is about platform rules and eligibility; it is not a guarantee of quality, value, or outcome.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, useEmark is provided "as is" during beta. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the updated date and, where appropriate, in-product notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
No guaranteed outcomes
useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
