useEmark.com is in private beta. Some features described here are planned for full release and are not yet active. Nothing on this page is a promise that a planned feature exists today.
This Privacy Policy explains what information useEmark.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to operate the platform.
Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (such as email and profile details), content you submit (such as listing drafts), and technical information (such as device, log, and usage data). If you subscribe, our payment processor collects payment details; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the platform, review and display listings according to our policies, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers (such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing) under appropriate safeguards, and when required by law. Public listing content you choose to publish may be visible to other users and search engines.
Your choices
You can access and update much of your information in your account, cancel subscriptions per the renewal terms, and contact us to request deletion subject to legal retention requirements. You can control cookies through your browser and our cookie settings.
Data retention and security
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure.

useEmark.com is a marketplace facilitation platform for eligible digital business projects. useEmark.com does not guarantee listing approval, buyer interest, operator interest, offers, purchases, rental-style subscriptions, payouts, profitability, transfers, rent-to-own completion, ownership transfer, or financial outcomes.
