What Is the Early Access User (EAU) Program?
The Early Access User (EAU) program is useEmark's founding cohort during its private beta. You join with the Founding EAU Pass, a one-time $4.99 purchase — not a subscription, with no automatic renewal — limited to 10,000 founding members. It grants Founder standing, private-beta access, and early product visibility, and it does not guarantee any marketplace outcome.
What the $4.99 Founding EAU Pass includes
The Founding EAU Pass is a one-time purchase that records your place in the founding cohort. After a successful payment and account activation, it provides:
- Founder standing recorded to your account
- A reserved Founder Number after successful payment and activation
- Private-beta access to the useEmark platform
- Early visibility into the product as it develops
- Opportunities to give feedback that helps shape the platform
What is not active during beta
useEmark is still in private beta. The following are intentionally not active yet, and the pass does not promise them:
- Marketplace transactions are not active while release controls are disabled
- Seller payouts are not active during beta
- Escrow for transactions is not active during beta
- Referral commissions and referral income are not active and are not guaranteed
Is the Founder Pass a subscription?
No. The Founding EAU Pass is billed a single time at $4.99. It does not automatically renew, and purchasing it does not create a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. A future recurring Emark Membership (planned at $9.99/month) is a separate product from the Founding EAU Pass. If it launches, you would receive notice and must separately choose and authorize it — it is never started for you.
What happens after joining?
After a successful payment and activation, your account is marked with permanent Founder standing and a reserved Founder Number recorded in the order enrollment completes. You get private-beta access and early visibility into the product as new capabilities roll out in stages, plus opportunities to share feedback. Your specific benefits, availability, and access remain governed by the published EAU Terms and other applicable policies.
