What Is the Early Access User (EAU) Program?

What the $4.99 Founding EAU Pass includes

The pass is a one-time purchase. After Stripe confirms payment, it adds:

• A Founding Member badge recorded to your account once Stripe confirms payment
• A permanent Founder Number, assigned in order after confirmed payment
• A founder account page showing your pass, with a refund request option

Free for every beta account

You do not need the pass for these. Any signed-in account gets:

• Private-beta access to the useEmark platform
• The listing builder and private project drafts
• Craftr drafting help inside the listing builder

What is not active during beta

useEmark is still in private beta. These are not available today, and the pass does not promise them:

• Buying and selling on the marketplace are not available yet
• Seller payouts are not available yet
• Escrow for transactions is not available yet
• Referral commissions are not active: none accrue and no payouts are made today
• Planned extras such as earlier workflow access and feedback sessions are not active yet

Is the Founder Pass a subscription?

No. The Founding EAU Pass is billed a single time at $4.99. It does not automatically renew, and purchasing it does not create a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. A future recurring Emark Membership (planned at $10/month) is a separate product from the Founding EAU Pass. If it launches, you would receive notice and must separately choose and authorize it — it is never started for you.

What happens after joining?

Choose Founder Pass, review the agreement, then create an account or sign in and verify your email. After verification you continue to Stripe's secure page to pay once. Once Stripe confirms payment, your Founding Member badge and Founder Number (assigned after confirmed payment) appear on your account. Founder Numbers are assigned in order after confirmed payment. They are never reserved in advance or skipped. The first 10,000 Founder Numbers make up the founding chapter. They are not a countdown or a pressure tactic; they record who supported the platform early. If a pass is refunded, its founding recognition is removed. A Founder Number reflects when you joined, not any guarantee of outcomes. Your benefits and access remain governed by the published EAU Terms and other applicable policies.

Can I sell on the marketplace right now?

Not yet. Buying, selling, seller payouts, escrow, and referral commissions are not available today. You can prepare a private project draft now. The pass does not guarantee any transaction or outcome.

Does useEmark guarantee my project will sell or earn money?

No. useEmark is a marketplace facilitator for eligible digital-business projects. It does not guarantee acceptance, sale, valuation, demand, earnings, refunds beyond the published policy, or any particular outcome.
